Copper Over Turquoise Stoneware Small Serving Dish or Candy Dish

This bowl is a wheel thrown and altered stoneware piece. I sometimes enjoy taking a piece I've thrown on the wheel and altering the shape into something more organic. This bowl resulted in a bowl that has 4 rounded sides, almost seed pod like in shape. Add the wonderful warm tones of the copper glaze with the cool tones of the turquoise blue and it is stunning. I almost kept this one for myself!

The base is 2 1/2", it stands 2 1/2" tall and the rim is 5" at it's widest point.
