Textured Ceramic Bells

These ceramic bells were created by rolling lace into wet clay, cutting the shapes and then rolling the shapes into a bell shape. Then, I added a handle and a wire to hold the clapper in place. I then created a clapper to later be attached to the bell. Once the bells were fired, they were glazed and fired to cone 5. After the 2nd firing, the clappers were attached to the inside hooks in the bells.
