This shallow serving plate is a great way to serve a small side dish on your dining table, something sweet on your kitchen table, or a small cheese plate for a snack. It can also serve as a great base for your favorite pillar candle. A great gift for any occasion or a nice treat for yourself.
All of my handmade items are unique, no two are exactly the same. This piece was hand built by rolling out a slab of clay, rolling a texture into the clay, and then forming the piece while it was leather hard. Once it was bone dry, it was then fired in a bisque fire to cone 04. Next, I applied 3-5 coats of glaze before it was fired in a cone 6 glaze fire. I love how no two pieces are exactly the same! During the glaze fire, the layered glazes flow and mix to create a unique surface design on every piece.
Although this is dishwasher safe, to protect handmade ceramics, it is recommended to handwash to prevent accidental breakage in the dishwasher.
