Blue and White Stoneware Serving Bowl/Noodle Bowl
This is a one-of-a kind handmade ceramic bowl that can easily be used as a small serving bowl on your dining room table, or use it as your special noodle bowl. The red violet colors on the outside spill into the inside of the bowl. The red violet swirls and overlaps with shades of light blue. The inside design is just a stunning example of what glazes can do when they are overlapped and allowed to mix together. This piece was thrown on a wheel using a brown stoneware clay. Once it was bone dry, it was then fired in a bisque fire to cone 04. Next, I applied 3-5 coats of glaze before it was fired in a cone 6 glaze fire. I love how no two pieces are exactly the same! During the glaze fire, the layered glazes flow and mix to create a unique surface design on every piece.
It makes a great gift for any occasion, or as a treat for yourself!

Although this is dishwasher safe, to protect handmade ceramics, it is recommended to handwash to prevent accidental breakage in the dishwasher.
