The top of the flower brick is divided by 3 pieces that act as a brace and divider when you arrange flowers in the flower brick. The rigid pieces help to keep your flowers in place.

All of my handmade items are unique, no two are exactly the same. This piece was hand built by rolling out a slab of clay, rolling a texture into the clay, and then forming the piece while it was leather hard. Once it was bone dry, it was then fired in a bisque fire to cone 04. Next, I applied 3-5 coats of glaze before it was fired in a cone 6 glaze fire. I love how no two pieces are exactly the same! During the glaze fire, the layered glazes flow and mix to create a unique surface design on every piece.
