This is a one-of-a kind handmade ceramic bowl that can easily be used in the kitchen to hold a couple of pieces of fruit, or it can serve up some homemade cookies. All my handmade items are unique, no two are exactly the same. This piece was thrown on a wheel using a white stoneware clay. Once it was bone dry, it was then fired in a bisque fire to cone 04. Next, I applied 3-5 coats of glaze before it was fired in a cone 6 glaze fire. I love how no two pieces are exactly the same! During the glaze fire, the layered glazes flow and mix to create a unique surface design on every piece.
• Although this is dishwasher safe, to protect handmade ceramics, it is recommended to handwash
to prevent accidental breakage in the dishwasher.
