These handmade ceramic buttons are made by rolling out slabs of clay and then cutting the shapes. When they become leather hard, I paint them with underglazes and then fire them in a bisque fire. Then I glaze them with a clear glaze and fire them again. The final step is attaching a 6mm round shank button back to the back. They can be used on anything you can sew a button on!
Each button 3/4"wide x 1/2" tall.
