Each button is 1 1/8" in diameter.
These winter berry ceramic buttons were created by imprinting white slabs of clay with a leaf pattern. The clay was then cut into the shapes, holes were pierced, edges were cleaned and trimmed before left to dry. While still greenware (unfired clay) the buttons were glazed with a green and red underglaze. Each button was glazed 3 times before being bisque fired in a kiln. Once the buttons were bisque fired, they were glazed three times with a clear cover coat glaze before going into a final glaze fire in the kiln. The backs of the buttons are finished in a natural velvet underglaze finish.
I prefer payment through Paypal just because of the ease and security. Any form of payment offered through Etsy is fine.
I prefer to ship via USPS. If you prefer another carrier such as UPS or FedEx, email me and we can make arrangements. Remember, shipping ceramics can be expensive, but if your purchase totals $35 or more, shipping is free!!!
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
I enjoy creating custom orders. Contact me with your ideas, I will make sketches, scan them, and then email them to you for approval. All custom work must be paid for in advance before the sketching process begins. There will be rush fees on orders with a rush turn-around time.
