This piece was thrown on a wheel using a white stoneware clay. Once it was bone dry, it was then fired in a bisque fire to cone 04. Next, I applied 3-5 coats of glaze before it was fired in a cone 6 glaze fire. I love how no two pieces are alike! During the glaze fire, the layered glazes flow and mix to create a unique surface design on every piece.
Although this is dishwasher safe, to protect handmade ceramics, it is recommended to handwash to prevent accidental breakage in the dishwasher. Microwave safe.
