White and Copper Stoneware Berry Bowl/Colander

All of my handmade items are unique, no two are exactly the same. This piece was thrown on a wheel using a white stoneware clay. Once it was bone dry, it was then fired in a bisque fire to cone 04. Next, I applied 3-5 coats of glaze before it was fired in a cone 6 glaze fire. I love how no two pieces are exactly the same! During the glaze fire, the layered glazes flow and mix to create a unique surface design on every piece.

This is a one-of-a kind handmade ceramic berry bowl/colander that is sure to become a favorite. It's a great size for a pint of berries or fresh veggies from the garden. It makes a great gift for any occasion, or as a treat for yourself!

Although this is dishwasher safe, to protect handmade ceramics, it is recommended to handwash to prevent accidental breakage in the dishwasher.
