3 1/2" Prep Bowl in Layers of Pale Yellow and White Glaze

Sorry, this item has sold.

All of my handmade items are unique, no two are exactly the same. This piece was thrown on a wheel using a white stoneware clay. Once it was bone dry, it was then fired in a bisque fire to cone 04. Next, I applied 3-5 coats of glaze before it was fired in a cone 6 glaze fire. I love how no two pieces are exactly the same! During the glaze fire, the layered glazes flow and mix to create a unique surface design on every piece. This specific glaze combination is a white celadon layered on top of a very pale yellow. The result is a beautiful, subtle finish that will complement any decor.

This is a one-of-a kind handmade ceramic piece that is sure to become a favorite. It makes a great gift for any occasion, or as a treat for yourself! A great little prep bowl to use to hold spices during food prep.
